Jury clears Dulin of murder in DeJarnett shooting

Facing 24 counts, Evansville man found not guilty in child molesting case
A Vanderburgh Circuit Court jury found an Evansville man not guilty on 24 counts of child molesting Wednesday after deliberating for two hours.
Quincy J. Franklin, 31, originally had been charged with more than 140 counts including 60 filed a month after he had already been charged with 80 counts of the charge.
Case dismissed against 16-year-old in Evansville shooting
Attempted murder charges have been dismissed against an Evansville teenager accused of shooting into a street corner crowd in August, hitting four people.
He had faced four attempted murder charges, level 1 felonies with a 20- to 40-year sentencing range, in Vanderburgh Circuit Court. The attempted murder charge automatically waived Ogburn to be charged as an adult.
